Abercamlais hosted the Pencoed WI in June and we were thrilled to welcome around 43 ladies for a tour of the house and gardens. Luckily the rain stayed away (mostly!) and hot drinks and delicious cakes were on hand, as well as displays by local artist Theresa Stabb, and beekeepers Nigel and Gaynor Isaksson of Woodbank Honey. Visitors were able to talk to Nigel and Gaynor about the production of Abercamlais honey and see the hives that were installed at Abercamlais last year.

There was also a pop-up shop selling our beautiful Abercamlais merchandise such as mugs, teatowels, cards, bookmarks, lavender bags, and of course our delicious honey.

We had a hugely enjoyable morning and look forward to welcoming more WI groups at Abercamlais.
