The ladies from Llandenny WI, Monmouthshire visited Abercamlais in early July.
We were delighted to meet them and had a lovely afternoon showing them around the house and garden. They were able to learn about the history of the house and family through the ages, as well as seeing the ongoing restoration work in the garden. There was also a range of Abercamlais merchandise to buy as a souvenir of their visit.
The weather was gorgeous and after their tour, the WI ladies joined us for tea and home made cakes on the lawn (together with our inquisitive chickens!).
We had a wonderful afternoon and look forward to welcoming more WI groups to Abercamlais.
