We are excited to be taking part in this year’s Open Doors Festival organised by Cadw.

The Open Doors festival will run through the whole month of September and is the largest, free celebration of architecture and heritage in Wales and the largest volunteer event in the heritage sector. Known internationally as European Heritage Days, the aim of the festival is to encourage public access, enjoyment and participation in heritage. Wales will be one of 50 countries taking part in this popular annual event.

Take a tour of the house and gardens and hear the fascinating history of the people who have lived and worked at Abercamlais through the ages. Parties may be shown round the house and grounds by a member of the family.

As part of the festival, Abercamlais will be open on the following days:

Saturday 28th September

Sunday 29th September

This will be in addition to our regular opening days.

We look forward to welcoming you at Abercamlais!
